Discipleship (sometimes referred to as "Christian Formation") at Saint Gabriel the Archangel endeavors to engage all ages in a life-long pattern of following Jesus and growing into his likeness and character. The disciples sat at the feet of Jesus, they watched him act, they were covered in the dust of the Rabbi whom they followed so closely, they found themselves challenged by him, and he equipped them to be men and women sharing the good news of God’s kingdom in word and deed.
The early church modeled Christian discipleship, and we have the exciting work of taking up the disciplines of the early church as we “proclaim God’s grace and life-changing love for all.”
Our main adult series is held on Sunday mornings from 9:20 – 10:15. Other groups meet during the week, such as on Wednesday mornings at 7:00—for men—and 10:00 am for women and men, and in a Wednesday evening men’s study group.
Locations vary, but frequently include the Saint Teresa Room (lower level), the All Saints Room (directly behind the kitchen), or the Parish Hall (where we enjoy a host of activities).

contact: Jeanie Hague (jeaniehague[at]gmail.com)
Wednesday Bible Study starts every autumn and concludes in May
Each Wednesday morning during the school year, there is a small group Bible study which meets at Saint Gabriel from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. The format is one of reading the passage together and having group discussion around the passage. Everyone is welcome to attend, and bringing a friend or neighbor is a great idea.
Men of the Covenant
contact: David Lee
Men of the Covenant meet in the All Saints Room on the second Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM. This small group ministry provides the men of Saint Gabriel with regular opportunities to enter into a closer personal relationship with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. On the fourth Saturday of each month group members and their families regularly serve as volunteers in the Basic Services department at the Saint Francis Center (http://www.sfcdenver.org/ ). Each month, members receive spiritual insight and support as they face the daily challenges that come with living out the covenant located within the baptismal service of the Book of Common Prayer. Established in 2000, the leaders have sought to equip each man with the necessary preparation and tools (via scriptural studies, service projects, theological reflections, group discussions, and corporate prayer) to aide him as he embraces the Baptismal Covenant as his rule of life. For more information, contact David Lee.
