Chris has served as rector of Saint Gabriel since 2005, returning to his roots in the area. A Littleton, Colorado native, Chris cherishes the community in Denver's southern suburbs. Chris believes the church’s task is to bear witness to God’s Son, Jesus, the one in whom “all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell" in the power of the Holy Spirit. With CJ and their children, Grace and Christopher, Chris loves sharing gospel ministry with the people of Saint Gabriel and with other followers of Jesus in this beautiful corner of the Lord's vineyard.

Father EJ, as he is known to the congregation, is a retired priest in the Diocese of Colorado. He was ordained in 2004 by Bishop O’Neill after serving as an educator for 29 years. He taught in the Cherry Creek School system retiring in 2001. He received a Master’s in Divinity in 2004 from Seabury Western Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL. EJ has served as Associate Rector and Vicar at Christ’s Church Castle Rock, All Saints Battlement Mesa and Saint John, New Castle. A former New Englander, born in Providence, RI, he currently lives with his wife Jane in Centennial. Jane and EJ have two sons, Paul and Mark. The family enjoys travel, theater, and golf! In January 2017, he and Jane arrived at Saint Gabriel the Archangel where he now serves as assistant to the Rector.

Sharon Stewart, Bookkeeper

Sharon has been a member of Saint Gabriel since 1963. After she retired as Parish Administrator she continues to work as the part time bookkeeper. Sharon is active in many ministries including Altar Guild, Daughters of the King, Eucharistic visitor, and serving at worship services.

Sheila Martin, Children, Youth & Family Coordinator

Sheila is a life-long Episcopalian, and has been a member of Saint Gabriel the Archangel for over 20 years. She is raising two children, Will and Christine, who were baptized and confirmed at Saint Gabriel. Sheila believes that bringing children and youth closer to God, and encouraging them to grow in their own faith journey is important. According to Sheila, "Saint Gabriel is a wonderful place to nurture and grow in your own faith journey. I have a love of sports and take great pride watching my kids participate in all their activities. I love to entertain and cook. I always look forward to meeting new families and helping our families grow in their faith."

Keri introduces herself and writes, "My name is Keri Havran and I am originally from Amarillo, Texas. My husband, Tom, and I have lived in beautiful Colorado for 13 years. I have worked in the childcare field for about 5 years. I currently work at Bright Horizons, a Montessori daycare/preschool. I work with children ages 2-5 years old and love working with children, helping them learn and achieve new skills. I was raised in a loving and wonderful Christian home. I look forward to taking care of your babies of the church and having the opportunity to tell them how much Jesus loves them! Please stop by the nursery to introduce yourself and say 'Hi!'."

She graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology in 2019. In December of 2019, Holly also married her husband, Zach. Holly spent several years volunteering locally with a chapter of Young Life, which fanned flames on her passion for both ministry and supporting ministries.
