Our Purpose
The core mission of Saint Gabriel the Archangel is to proclaim and celebrate the Good News of God’s grace and live-changing love for all. One of the areas through which we work to express this is the Children, Youth, and Family Ministry (CYF Ministry). Here in the CYF Ministry we share in God’s grace and love by learning and living the Christian story.
We support the family household as the primary context for faith formation. Therefore it is our goal to be more than a Sunday-only ministry for children and youth. We strive to be a ministry for the whole family where everyone's gifts will be valued.
Further, within the church family of Saint Gabriel we will share in the blessings - and sometimes the sorrows - of the whole church; it is a community with a wide diversity of ages and life experiences interacting week-by-week.
Everyone has something to contribute!

Children's Formation at Saint Gabriel
Children's Formation - Meets every Sunday at 10:30 am. All classrooms are located on the Lower Level of the Parish Hall. We are blessed with a fully-equipped Godly Play Classroom with leaders who are trained in the Montessori-method of Godly Play.
Sunday Mornings We begin in September, 10:30 am - 11:15 am
Pre - K - 3rd graders meet in the Saint George Room
4th - 6th grade meet in the Saint Nicholas Room
7th graders through High School seniors meet in the youth room
For Our Littlest Ones
A clean, safe nursery is available for children ages 6 months through 4 years.
Our caregiver, Keri Havran, hosts the nursery on Sunday mornings from 9:00 am to 12 pm.
